About Me.
"The healer you have been looking for
is your own courage to know and love yourself completely."
-Yung Pueblo
After overcoming trauma of my own, my passion since childhood has been to help others do the same by meeting them with compassion, understanding, and no judgment.

You are so brave to take this first step in your new chapter towards healing. My approach in therapy is to be real, honest, genuine, and allow that authenticity to bring comfort and relaxation so my clients can also do the same. I also love to laugh and have found that humor can bring much needed joy and lightness into the room to cultivate comfortability, peace, and motivation into the process. I have found that none of us are alone in what we face and by joining together, we are stronger to make it through to the other side of a brighter tomorrow and promising future. There is always hope!
